The University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus is in Barbados in the Caribbean islands. It is one of the five campuses of the University of the West Indies, the largest, longest-serving education provider in the Commonwealth Caribbean. It has a tight knit community with approximately 6600 enrolled students and a 1:21 teacher-to-student ratio.
The Cave Hill Campus offers a wide range of programs in the Faculties of Humanities and Education, Social Sciences, Science and Technology (Pure and Applied Sciences), Medical Sciences and Law. Recent campus expansion combined with the site’s scenic attractiveness, and the small size of the University community has resulted in an atmosphere of intimacy and friendliness immediately felt by visitors to the Campus. Students have taken courses here in Psychology and International relations.
